The Krown Undercoating 358 Modified feature was led to the green flag by Ryan Susice and Nelson Mason for their 44-lap, $4,944 to win event in honor and memory of Flyin’ Brian and Ray Stevens. Susice would lead the opening 27 circuits until a caution came out that bunched the field. On the restart, Rudolph would take the lead away from Susice. Susice would keep Rudolph in sight for most of the second half of the race, until getting passed by Mat Williamson on lap 40. Rudolph would pick up the win, his first Ransomville triumph in 2025. It was Rudolph’s 38th career Ransomville 358 win, his first since September of 2023. The Bud’s Bounty was up for grabs, and with Rudolph beating Mat Williamson, Rudolph received an extra $50 from Bud’s Apple Pie. The race was sponsored by Basil Ford of Niagara Falls, with special thanks to S&W Service Centre, Wendt’s Propane & Oil, Dave Walters, Mike Payne Motorsports, Dylan Wurfel, Ransomville Speedway, WRG, and Bicknell Racing Products.

At the end of the 25-lap Stirling Lubricants DIRTcar Sportsman feature, it was Ransomville, NY’s Brett Senek getting his second win of the season, and 19th career Sportsman triumph. Senek battled with Derek Wagner for most of the event, but took over the lead mid-race and would go on to pick up the victory. The 19 victories for Senek puts him in a tie for ninth on the division’s all-time wins list with Cody McPherson and James Michael Friesen. Past divisional champion Derek Wagner finished in second, followed to the line by Austin Susice, Jacob Bansmer, and Cameron Tuttle.

The Bud’s Bounty was up for grabs in the KiPo Chevrolet Street Stocks feature event, but Oakfield, NY’s Josh Pangrazio continues to remain perfect in feature racing action this year at The Big R. Pangrazio’s win puts him in a tie for ninth all-time with Ken Washburn, with 17 career Ransomville checkered flags. Past divisional champions Mike Welch and Alex Morris rounded out the podium, with Anthony Muscato and Brandon Sherwood completing the top five.

We had a first-time feature winner in the Sunflowers of Sanborn Mini Stocks division, Wilson, NY’s Jeffrey Wynes was able to pick up the win. Matt and Ben Hornquist crossed the line in second and third, with last week’s feature winner Cole Susice finishing in fourth place. Making his second Ransomville start, Lancaster Motorplex 4 Cylinder driver Connor Kurdziel would earn his first dirt career top five finish.

Score a win for the “Dirt Rocket” as Bubby Pawlak was back in victory lane after winning the Kevin’s Carpet Cleaning Novice Sportsman feature. Making her Ransomville debut, Madyson Rouse would finish in second, followed to the line by Brendan Zimmerman, fourth-generation racer Lucas Newton, and Jacklyn Nettleton.

Next Friday night, June 13, Atwal Eye Care will present the racing action, headlined by the visit from the Northeast Late Model Alliance for Crate Late Models. The Krown Undercoating 358 Modifieds, KiPo Chevrolet Street Stocks, Sunflowers of Sanborn Mini Stocks, and the Kevin’s Carpet Cleaning Novice Sportsman will round out the racing card.
