Test, Tune, and Time Scheduled for April 30 at Ransomville Speedway

RANSOMVILLE, NY (April 16, 2021) Drivers will get their first opportunity to take their cars onto the track at the Ransomville Speedway on Friday, April 30 for Test, Tune, and Time, presented by VP Racing Fuels. A 55-gallon drum of VP Racing Fuel will be presented to the pole winners in the Krown Undercoating Modifieds and Investor’s Service Sportsman divisions.

“We are happy to announce that we are having our Test, Tune, and Time on April 30,” comments Ransomville Speedway General Manager Jenn Martin. “We do apologize, but no fans will be admitted into the grandstands,” she continued. Current New York State COVID-19 guidelines will be enforced with social distancing and face coverings must be always worn unless in their own pit area. Guidelines for grandstand opening for when racing begins at the "Big R" will be released next week.

Drivers in the Krown Undercoating Modifieds, Investor’s Service Sportsman, Ki Po Motors Street Stocks, Sunflowers of Sanborn Mini Stocks, and the Kevin’s Carpet Cleaning Novice Sportsman are looking to make their first laps of the season at the" Big R" plus set the front row for the 2021 season-opener during the Test, Tune, and Time session.

Just a reminder to the drivers and crews that pre-tech will be available on Sunday, April 25. 10:00 am-2:00 pm at the speedway. Drivers are asked to park in the parking lot and then drive their racecar to the tech barn where the inspection will take place. Drivers are then asked to bring their helmet, race suit, gloves, as well as their head and neck restraint. Drivers and crews can purchase season passes, memberships, and DIRTcar licenses at this event.
