Ransomville Speedway Announces Schedule Updates Ahead of 2026 Season
RANSOMVILLE, NY (March 8, 2026) Officials at Ransomville Speedway have announced several updates to the track’s 2026 schedule as planning continues for the upcoming racing season.
Each year, speedway officials work to build a schedule that balances weekly divisions, touring series, special events, and sponsor commitments. With many partners involved throughout the process, adjustments are sometimes necessary after the initial release to best serve the competitors and fans.
“The schedule is one of the most challenging pieces to put together every year because there are so many factors involved,” said General Manager Tana Robinson. “Between coordinating with multiple touring series, working with our sponsors, and being mindful of other major events in the region, there are a lot of moving parts. By releasing the schedule early, it allows everyone to begin planning for the season, but it also gives us the flexibility to make adjustments along the way to create the best possible schedule for our drivers and fans.”
Several updates have been made to the 2026 schedule:
• A Demolition Derby has been added to the May 22 program.
• Vintage Cars have been moved to May 29 following the addition of the demolition derby.
• Street Stocks have been removed from the July 3 event to allow drivers the opportunity to attend a special event at neighboring facility The Dirt Track at Genesee.
• Mod Lites added to July 17th event and Canadian Thunder Stocks are on August 28.
• Zac’s Dash for Cash will now be contested during the DIRTcar 358 Modified event, sponsored by Niagara Lock & Key.
• The Niagara Lock & Key Dash for Cash will remain part of the Summer Nationals SDS event.
