Spatorico, Smith, Cotriss, Reid, Herriven, Warner, and Rampado Win on Rick Schumacher Memorial Night at The Little R

RANSOMVILLE, NY (August 21, 2025) Colin Spatorico had himself a night at The Little R on Thursday night, winning both the Mike Barry Motors Sr Heavy feature and the Xtreme Budget Predator main event. It was Colin’s third Sr Heavy win and fourth Predator win of the season. Trent Smith won his sixth Fisher’s Auto Repair Sr Lite feature event. Jax Cotriss won his second Frontier Auto Wrecking Jr 3 feature of the season. Jack Reid won his second Bud’s Apple Pie Jr 2 feature. Bryson Herriven won the Tredway Speed Shop Jr 1 feature for his seventh win of the season. James Warner and Alexander Rampado won the Reid’s Drive In Novice features. 77 karts signed in for the racing action as the track honored and remembered longtime racer Rick Schumacher.

Rick Schumacher was not only family, but he was also a mentor and a guide to so many that race on both Thursday and Friday nights at Ransomville.

Racing action continues at The Little R on Thursday, August 28, for a full card of racing. Gates will open at 5pm, with hot laps at 6:45pm and racing to follow.
