Ransomville Speedway Officials working on 2019 Schedule: Sportsman to feature all four major touring series!

It’s been a busy off season as Ransomville Officials have been working hard on the 2019 schedule. 2019 will be a busy season for the Investor’s Service Sportsman Class! 2019 will see all 4 major Sportsman touring series visit the track!

Among the highlights:

Friday July 19th will see the second visit from the Grit Series! The Grit Series always puts on a great show and we look forward to working with the Stark Family!

Tuesday August 6th will see the mighty Super Dirtcar Big Blocks series come to town! In an added twist, the ROC Sportsman Series will complement the racing card this evening! We’d like to thank Joe Skotnicki for the opportunity to bring his racing series to Ransomville for the first time!

Friday September 6th will see the annual return of the 2019 DIRTcar Sportsman Championship Trail! The annual Ransomville / Merrittville / Humberstone swing is always a favorite for fans and we look forward to carrying on the tradition!

Friday September 13th and Saturday September 14th will see the return of the 2 day King of the Hill Weekend! On Friday, the B.E.I. Lightning Series will make their 2nd return for the Sean Letts Memorial. “Brian and Tony do a great job promoting the B.E.I. Lightning Series!” commented Ransomville GM Jenn Martin. “We are really excited to have them back!” Once again, this race will feature lap $$$ to be spread throughout the field! We will release additional King of the Hill Weekend information shortly! Stay tuned for the really "Big" surprises!

Added Bonus!
For 2019, track officials have been in close contact with the Jeffery Family regarding the Sid Jeffery Memorial. This year the Sid Jeffery Memorial will see lap money for both the 358 and Sportsman teams! The date for the event is tentatively scheduled for Friday June 21st!

We will keep you posted on future dates while we are working on this season’s schedule. Stay tuned for some big schedule announcements in the next few weeks for the Modifieds, SS, and Mini Stocks!

While we are working on the 2019 schedule, we are also reaching out to Crate Late Model teams for some feedback on when to have a Friday night show! We are looking for the right date to maximize car and would like to know from teams if they would come. This will determine whether will add Crates for a night!

Stay tuned for more exciting schedule announcements!
