Friday, July 20, 2007-It was another banner night at the big R
as a nice field of cars filled the pit area along with a vast amount
of fans in the grandstands. Bright blue skies and chilly temps
greeted race fans for the 12th week of racing in the 2007 season.
Todd Burley of Spencerport, NY won his third of the season, second
in row aboard the Mighty Taco Modified division. Burley took the
lead away from Mr. Smallblock Pete Bicknell on lap nineteen and
quickly pulled away from the field. The defending champion Burley
further padded his points lead in the head-lining class. Bicknell,

MacTavish, Robbie Krull, and Todd Gordon. Mark Golding led the early
going prior to losing the handle in turn two. Chad Brachmann was
caught up in the maylay ending his night early. MacTavish led the
next several laps until he gave up the point position to Bicknell.

move on the highside of turn four to take over the top spot

sponsored #5 to the front in last Fridays twenty-five lap Original
Pizza Logs Sportsman main. Spatorico took the top spot away from

between himself and the remainder of the field. Spatorico collected
his third win of the season and padded his points lead. Just, Ortiz,
Schumacher, and Purgarich rounded out the top five.It was yellow
fever as four cautions plagued the event in the early going.

took control at the drop of the green and held off persistent
challenges by Derrick Borkenhagen. Borkenhagen finished in second
