one
hundred
cars
entered
the
pit
area
last
Friday
night
as
cloudy
skies
and
chilly
temperatures
plagued
Western
New
York.
Despite
the
questionable
skies,
fans
enjoyed
an
action
packed
night
of
racing
as a
tacky
racing
surface
provided
for
some
awesome
side
by
side
racing
all
night
long.
Todd
Burley
of
Spencerport,
NY
took
top
honors
aboard
the
thirty
lap
Mighty
Taco
Modified
main
event.
It
was
a
race
to
end
all
races
as
the
top
three
of
Todd
Gordon,
Burley,
and
Tommy
Flannigan
battled
side
by
side
in
the
final
circuits.
Burley
was
able
to
make
the
pass
with
two
laps
remaining
and
padded
his
points
lead
over
Pete
Bicknell
as a
result
with
just
one
lap
remaining
for
the
2009
title.
Gordon
came
home
in
second
followed
by
Tommy
Flannigan,
Rich
Vinson,
and
Boyd
MacTavish.
Justin
Wright
won
his
second
Original
Pizza
Logs
Sportsman
main
of
2009
last
Friday
night
aboard
the
twenty-five
lap
event.
Wright
took
the
lead
away
from
Scott
Just
on a
restart
just
prior
to
half-way
and
never
looked
back.
Wright
took
the
win
a
full
straight
away
ahead
of
Don
Spatorico,
Mark
Chiddy,
Ryan
Susice,
and
Scott
Just.
Webb
Nashwinter
of
Ransomville,
NY
took
top
honors
for
the
second
time
in
2009
aboard
the
first
fifteen
lap
Ki-Po
Chevrolet
Streetstock
main
event.
Nashwinter
took
the
lead
on a
lap
four
restart
and
never
looked
back
aboard
his
#22n
machine.
Pat
Dell,
Scott
Krull,
Jon
Carlson,
and
Derrick
Borkenhagen
rounded
out
the
top
five.
Kenny
Washburn
of
Ransomville,
NY
took
top
honors
last
Friday
night
aboard
the
second
fifteen
lap
Ki-Po
Chevrolet
main
event.
Washburn
took
the
lead
at
the
drop
of
the
green
and
maintained
it
through
the
entire
fifteen
circuits.
Washburn
had
to
hold
off
persistent
challenges
by
Stuart
Kumm
in
the
closing
laps.
Kumm
finished
in
second
followed
by
Brian
Lonneville,
Chris
Burek,
and
Kirk
Sherwood.
Derek
Wagner
kept
his
winning
streak
alive
in
the
Flexcare
4
Bangers
as
he
won
yet
another
event
in
2009.
Wagner
took
the
lead
away
from
Darly
Haag
with
just
a
few
laps
remaining
to
claim
the
win.
Haag
came
home
in
second
followed
by
