one
hundred
cars
filled
the
pit
area
last
Friday
night
for
the
fifteenth
week
of
racing
in
2009.
It
was
a
hot
one
in
Western
New
York
at
temperatures
reached
near
90
degrees
with
bright
sunshine
and
blue
skies
greeting
race
fans
and
drivers.
Jeff
McGinnis
won
a
thriller
on
the
final
lap
of
the
thirty
lap
Mighty
Taco
Modified
main
last
Friday
night.
McGinnis
reeled
in
leader
Scott
Kerwin
as
the
final
laps
clicked
away.
On
the
final
circuit
McGinnis
looked
to
the
inside
of
Kerwin
as
the
pair
came
off
turn
four.
At
the
line
it
was
McGinnis
by a
half
car
length.
Kerwin
came
home
second
followed
by
Chad
Brachmann,
Todd
Burley,
and
Pete
Bicknell.
Ryan
Susice
of
Ransomville,
NY
picked
up
his
fifth
win
of
the
season
aboard
the
Original
Pizza
Logs
Sportsman
ranks.
By
virtue
of
his
win,
Susice
extended
his
points
lead
over
Don
Spatorico
who
found
himself
deep
in
the
pack
after
suspension
problems
side-lined
his
during
hot
laps.
Susice
piloted
his
In
vestors
Services
sponsored
number
#38k
to
the
front
early
on
and
was
never
seriously
challenged
after
that
point.
Justin
Wright,
Steve
Miller,
Spatorico,
and
Mark
Chiddy
rounded
out
the
top
five.
Pat
Dell
of
Ransomville,
NY
took
top
honors
aboard
the
first
fifteen
lap
Ki-Po
Chevrolet
Streetstock
main.
Dell
took
the
lead
at
the
drop
of
the
green
and
maintained
it
through
the
entire
distance.
Dell
held
off
persistent
challenges
by
Mike
Greenawalt
enroute
to
victory.
Greenwalt,
Webb
Nashwinter,
Stuart
Kumm,
and
Billy
Coleman
rounded
out
the
top
five.
Gerald
Poole
captured
the
win
aboard
second
fifteen
lap
Ki-Po
Chevrolet
Streetstock
main.
Poole
took
the
lead
at
the
drop
of
the
green
and
held
off
persistent
challenges
by
the
defending
champion
Chris
Burek.
Burek
had
to
settle
for
second
followed
by
Ricky
Washburn,
Scott
Krull,
and
Derrick
Borkenhagen.
Jimmy
Pringle
of
Wilson,

took
top
honors
aboard
the
twelve
lap
Bobcat

Enduro
Series
last
Friday
night.
